During this webinar, our experts will discuss the results of the election, the implications to our industry, and provide information and awareness on key challenges affecting organizations in this ever-changing environment.

Every two years Tim directs NCSL’s effort, StateVote, to collect and analyze state election results.

As a journalist prior to joining the Alliance, Serafini covered the health reform debate during the Clinton Administration and the recent debate that led to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care.
